Step 1: Complete the student enrollment forms and scan and e-mail it to us at support@learningscholars.com or call us at 888-302-0644.Click here to download the enrollment form. Original copies of SES enrollment forms would also have to be ‘mailed’ to us in addition to e-mailing the scanned copies.

Step 2: Our customer support staff will contact you and explain the objectives of the Learning Scholars SES program and also the learning plan for your child.

Step 3: Sign the Parent Consultation Student Learning Plan Agreement Form and return it to the address below:
